Nexori Trademark and Branding Policy

The following names, marks, branding elements, and identifiers are reserved by Janiel Joel Núñez Quintana:

1. "Nexori";
2. the Nexori logo;
3. the branding of the Official Nexori Project identified in OFFICIAL_SOURCES.md; and
4. associated project names, symbols, visual identity, and other source identifiers used in connection with the Official Nexori Project.

No Trademark License

The Nexori Source-Available License does not grant any trademark, trade name, trade dress, logo, branding, or other source-identifier rights.

You may not use the Nexori name, logo, branding, or confusingly similar branding in a way that suggests:

1. affiliation with the Official Nexori Project;
2. endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or approval by Janiel Joel Núñez Quintana;
3. that your project, service, build, fork, platform, or API is an official Nexori release or official Nexori offering; or
4. that your offering is a substitute, successor, hosted edition, managed edition, white-label edition, or official variant of Nexori.

Prohibited Branding Uses

Without prior written permission from Janiel Joel Núñez Quintana, you may not:

1. distribute Nexori or any modified version under the Nexori name;
2. use the Nexori logo or project branding in connection with a fork, modified build, hosted service, dashboard, control layer, or third-party commercial offering;
3. register or use names, domains, handles, package names, or marks that are identical to or confusingly similar to Nexori;
4. rebrand Nexori or white-label Nexori;
5. use branding that implies your project is the official continuation, official improvement, official cloud version, official dashboard, or official API of Nexori; or
6. use confusingly similar branding for a fork, competitor, substitute framework, or materially Nexori-based service.

No Removal or Alteration of Branding Notices

You may not remove, alter, obscure, or misrepresent trademark notices, branding notices, project identity notices, legal attribution headers, or source-identifying notices included in the Official Nexori Project, except where the Official Nexori Project itself has expressly changed or replaced them.

Limited Descriptive Use

Narrow nominative use is allowed only when it is truthful, necessary for identification, and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Examples of allowed descriptive references:

1. "compatible with Nexori"
2. "works with Nexori"
3. "integration for Nexori"

Such references must not be more prominent than your own branding and must not use the Nexori logo or official visual identity without written permission.

Reservation of Rights

All trademark, branding, goodwill, and related rights in Nexori are reserved by Janiel Joel Núñez Quintana.
